Mrs Joy Achibong was widowed nearly 9 years ago, we commenced discussions with when she lost her accommodation and business location in Rumukalagbor, Port-Harcourt due to demolition exercise, leading to the closure of her tailoring business and subsequent squatting with her sister for about 3months.
